Before joining Yoga Aarambh, I was suffering from chronic constipation, poor sleep, and menstrual issues. I discussed my health concerns with Ruchika, and she recommended a diet plan with 7 meals a day and 1 hour of yoga. I follow her instructions very strictly, and it has made incredible changes in my lifestyle. After completing the 3-month plan, I’ve seen many improvements, including a weight loss of 7 kg.
Your teaching style is unique—you handle everything in a very soothing manner and are always supportive. Seeing your passion and dedication towards yoga has inspired me a lot.
