Joining Yog Aarambh in 2020 turned out to be one of the best decisions of mine wherein I felt the transformation happening from day one 👌The 60 minutes yoga routine is very well curated with a perfect amalgam of stretches , asanas , core strengthening , breathing flows , meditation and much more . New Asanas , new stretches, new twists keep getting incorporated and the routine stays interesting & crisp !Student’s wrong posture or movement is quickly noticed & promptly corrected alongwith the explanation of “Why & How” . This reflects her quality of an Eye for detail, deep knowledge of yoga & mastery of techniques.There have been days when she has conducted the class despite being under the weather ! On so many occasions she has conducted the class while travelling . This level of commitment, drive, dedication & work ethics are rare to find !!The feel good factor at the end of the class is so refreshing . One feels light, supple, positive , vibrant, happy & full of energy . That’s the reason we so much look forward to join the class 😊Alongside Yoga she’s also a qualified nutrition coach and goes very systematically in understanding your goals and then providing realistic , attainable & worthwhile nutrition programme. The beauty of the nutrition plan is that it’s woven around your actual lifestyle & food preferences without tweaking it the synthetic way.
