My name is Ruchika and I am passionate about guiding individuals on their journey to transform their health with the help of yoga & nutrition science.
I have completed my masters in Yog & Vedic Science and also a certified yoga instructor through USA Yoga Alliance & Quality Council of India by Ministry of Ayush, specializing in Hatha & Vinyasa styles. Over the past 9 years; I have had the privilege of teaching diverse students from absolute beginners to intermediate practitioners.
My yoga classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness and creating a supportive environment with the help of easy to follow instructions for all beginners to intermediate levels. Whether you are seeking to enhance flexibility or strength; reduce stress or deepen your practice; I am here to guide you on every step of the way.
I discovered yoga around a decade ago as a way to cultivate self-awareness & to enhance my quality of life. It completely transformed my life and hence I am dedicated to share this wonderful science with others.

In regards to Nutrition; I am a certified Holistic Nutrition Expert and a Lifestyle Coach helping individuals transform their health, specializing in sustainable weight management, disease management, stress reduction, improvement in energy levels and development of healthier eating habits through personalized plans & practical strategies. With over 3 years of experience in nutrition coaching; I am passionate about guiding people to sustainable, long-term wellness solutions.
My nutrition coaching focuses on a sustainable way of weight & disease management while providing you a quality of life.
I thought of exploring nutrition around 4 years ago just to add on to my profile but ended up being mesmerized by the kind of impact; food had on my life.
